I have hyperoptic and have been happy with their service. Inorder to get Freeview I have to have an indoor aerial for each TV which is not an ideal solution. Recently resorted to NOW TV to get a better reception. A TV aerial for the building would be great.

Ive owned my flat since 2000 but Ive never been told about the telephone access even though i asked a porter. So fundamental information like this should be easily accessible for all residents.

This information should be included in the residents guide plus the porters should also know about it.

Ive been with Hyperoptic since April and I’m very happy with the service. The broadband and telephone package is good value in comparison to BT and Virgin, very helpful staff and the download speed is excellent.
