    this has been raised with Principia and a maintenance programme is to be surveyed and implemented.

    Yes I agree with Michael, I am very happy with Virgin now.

    The concierge use Hyperoptic and are very happy. The gym is Hyperoptic too and I can vouch for the quality. Adam
