    Directors’ update
     
    We intend to carry out decorations and repair works to the West and Roadside elevations of the building next year.  Specifications will be prepared shortly and we intend to start the works March 2018. 
     
    These works have been budgeted for.

    External refurb will last 3 months and will start at some stage over the summer.
