    Directors’ update
     
    We have agreed with King and Queen Wharf to carry out a Refurbishment of the pool and changing rooms which is desperately needed.  We have spent a lot of time with them producing a specification and we should receive costs back by early January to carry out works in February or March.

    They need to hang up more signs asking people to leave things tidy when they use the changing rooms. There are certain groups of ladies from King & Queen who leave a complete mess. i would also recommend a stricter policy on inviting guests.

    Hi Kamil,

    Some ideas: perhaps limit the number of guests to 2 or 3 per person living in Globe/King & Queen, and have a guestbook at the reception of King & Queen where guests should sign in.

    These are good ideas but I am not entirely sure how we would enforce this. The truth is that each resident has a fob and they do not have to sign in to gain access to the pool. We would also need to cross check whether any restrictions are compliant with the leases.

    Could you advise how long the pool will be shut for refurbishment, if at all.

    Will the pool still be accessible?

    Swimming pool works will last 10 weeks and will start end of April.
